HTTP/3 is still considered by some to be in the development/experimental stage. It has not been vetted over time like http/1 and http/2. Some of the features it may ultimately include such as WebTransport requiring a self-signed TLS certificate IE OpenSSL ... are still being worked on.
The enterprise system manager may find NixOS attractive as the installation is customized with the needed packages at the time of installation. This gives the IT department a standard set of packages to be supported by the company.

Using a Linux desktop is not a technically challenging thing to do. You open the start button or launch button, (on a smartphone slide the screen up), and select the program.
Installing Linux is no more technical than installing windows. You boot from the USB (normally just pressing f2 when you turn on the machine) and either, 1) install it from the USB to your system drive or 2) you can run it on the USB, which is refered to as a "live boot."
